The Adult ADHD Self-Report Scale (ASRS) was developed by the World Health Organization. It is a reliable tool for assessing ADHD symptoms in adults. The 6-question version is particularly useful for initial screening and can be used alongside a clinical assessment.

These questionnaires are self-observation tools and are not a substitute for clinical diagnosis by a psychiatrist or another mental health professional.
