Psychological Questionnaires
We often tend to overestimate or underestimate the intensity and frequency of what we feel or experience. The self-assessment tools below are not meant for diagnosis, but to support reflection, self-observation, and a deeper understanding of yourself. Self-observation is a way of meeting ourselves with curiosity.
These questionnaires are not a substitute for clinical diagnosis by a psychiatrist or another mental health professional.
Relationship Assessment — for two
A questionnaire about your relationship — a couple, a parent & adult child, or a friendship. First you each complete it separately, and then a picture emerges with qualitative features of the relationship: what keeps your relationship strong, where you experience it differently, and where there is room to grow closer. If you add your email, we'll also send you a detailed, personalized guide with an analysis of the results and suggestions, grounded in a relational approach and attachment theory.
