Satisfaction With Life Scale
The Satisfaction With Life Scale (SWLS) by Diener and colleagues (1985) measures overall, subjective satisfaction with life — a core dimension of positive psychology. It is freely available for non-commercial use with attribution to the authors. It captures your own overall judgment, not individual domains.
These questionnaires are self-observation tools and are not a substitute for clinical diagnosis by a psychiatrist or another mental health professional.
