Everyone arrives with their own story. We start from there.

Individual Psychotherapy

Individual psychotherapy doesn't start from a diagnosis or a predetermined goal, but from what each person brings to the meeting — often something hard to name or to understand right away. Through the therapeutic relationship and a focus on the present, a space opens up where we can explore what repeats in your life, what is avoided, and what is asking to emerge and find meaning. Within this framework, therapy adapts to your own needs and your own pace, making room for a deeper understanding of yourself and your relationships.

An individualized therapeutic approach, tailored to each person's uniqueness
A focus on personal growth and deeper self-awareness
Support in managing anxiety, depressive symptoms, and emotional difficulties
Developing emotional intelligence and emotion-regulation skills

Teen Psychotherapy

Adolescence isn't simply a difficult phase. It is one of the most complex existential searches a person goes through — identity, belonging, autonomy, meaning. A teenager doesn't come to therapy to be "fixed." They come to be heard, to discover who they are and who they can become.

Who am I and where do I belong
Anxiety, mood, and how I feel about myself
Relationships with family and friends
Managing school stress and the pressure to perform
Social media, self-image, and comparison with others

Parent Counseling

Parents rarely need more advice. They need a space to look honestly at the relationship with their child — what is communicated and what isn't, what repeats without anyone noticing, where conflict hides something more important than it appears. Part of the work is for the parent to develop the capacity to see behind the child's behavior — to wonder what the child feels, what they need, what they are trying to say through what they do. Parenting isn't judged here — it's explored.

Conflict, and how to keep it from escalating
Boundaries that protect without alienating
Parenting through times of change — divorce, adolescence, loss
My own needs as a parent
Learning to connect a child's behavior with emotional needs

Online Psychotherapy

Sessions take place via video call, with the same care for the therapeutic relationship, confidentiality, and the stability and safety that characterize in-person sessions. Many people initially approach online therapy with some hesitation, yet in practice it is often experienced as an equally meaningful space for meeting and change. Online psychotherapy can be an important source of support when the demands of daily life make travel difficult, or when being in your own space helps you feel greater ease and safety within the therapeutic process.
