Loneliness Scale
A short form (ULS-8) of the UCLA Loneliness Scale (Russell, 1996; Hays & DiMatteo). Loneliness isn't about how many people you have around you, but about how seen and connected you feel.
Instruction: “How often do you feel this way?” A self-observation tool, not a diagnosis.
These questionnaires are self-observation tools and are not a substitute for clinical diagnosis by a psychiatrist or another mental health professional.
Loneliness Scale
How connected or lonely you feel with the people around you.
