Perceived Stress Scale
The Perceived Stress Scale (PSS) is one of the most popular tools for measuring perceived stress. It was developed by Cohen, Kamarck, and Mermelstein and has been translated into more than 25 languages. It measures how stressful you perceive the events of your life to be, and is useful for evaluating stress-reduction interventions.
These questionnaires are self-observation tools and are not a substitute for clinical diagnosis by a psychiatrist or another mental health professional.
